How do I get a copy of my booking confirmation email?
Booking confirmation emails are automatically sent upon payment, please check your spam folder if you have not received this. To request a copy, please email finance@associationforcoaching.com 

How do I access an invoice/receipt?
Card receipts are automatically emailed upon payment, please check your spam folder if you have not received this. To receive a receipted invoice, please email finance@associationforcoaching.com

Where do I find my log in details?
Your log in details will be sent to you prior to the conference, please check your spam folder if you haven’t received them.

I have purchased Group Passes, how do the other delegates log in?
Conference login details will be sent to all registered delegates via email within 5 working days of booking.

Can I add additional delegates to my booking?
The conference packages have been designed to allow flexible booking. If one of our existing packages does not suit your needs please email finance@associationforcoaching.com for a special bulk rate.

Who do I contact if I am having problems booking?
If you are unable to make your booking, please contact finance@associationforcoaching.com who will be happy to support you. 

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Tickets are only valid for the person named on the ticket. 

How do I view the conference times relevant to me?

We designed this conference as a truly global event which means that all conference sessions will be available twice every day: schedule 1 (from GMT to GMT+11) and schedule 2 (from GMT to GMT-7). Please note that the times are shown the 24hour format.

To see the conference schedule in your own time zone, please visit the Conference Agenda page. You will be able to view the full schedule for each day and choose the one that fits you best.

If you are interested in particular sessions, please check the Sessions page and see which time fits you best. You can join us live or learn at your own pace via on-demand access – including session recordings, podcasts, slides and handouts.

What CEU/CPD credits are available for this conference?
We will be awarding AC CPD hours for participation in the Conference and we are currently in the process of working through with the ICF for them to issue CCE credits (in addition to AC CPD hours that we will issue) for our conference and we will update you as soon as we are able to.

Are the sessions recorded?
All session recordings, slides, handouts and other resources will be available on the virtual conference platform for 3 more months after the event. Please note that on-demand access to the conference resources will be available per business track and it is tied to your booking.
